FAQs

What ages of children do you accept?

The program is designed to meet the needs of children ages 1-4 years old. Activities are provided to specialize in the individual developmental milestones associated with this age range. As well, the age range serves to benefit the children as the younger ones will have older role models to look up to, and the older children will experience the benefit of helping and teaching their younger peers. The program itself is designed to meet the needs of any parent seeking specialized care for their child.

Do you provide meals for the children?

We offer an optional mealplan, with homemade meals & organic foods.

What is your policy on vacation time?

All holidays are recognized, and we do not operate on those days. We do break for two weeks over Christmas (without pay), with ample notice of dates.

What are your hours of operation?

Our current hours of operation are 7:30AM-5:30PM, Monday to Friday. We do offer both full- time and part-time enrollment based on need and availability.

What is your policy on sick children?

It is encouraged and expected for parents to kindly keep children at home if they are sick. This is to give them ample rest for recovery and to also protect the other children attending the program. Reimbursement will not be given for missed days. However, if the staff is ill and required to cancel the program for the day or a period of time, parents will be given as much notice as possible and will be reimbursed for those days missed.
